The goal of TransportGooru.com is to be “the best place” on internet for all transportation industry-related  news and information.  Its humble beginnings trace back to a behemoth “information management” challenge.  Most of us, active practitioners in the transportation industry, consider the e-mails and e-newsletters that filter into our Inbox as the primary source(s) of industry information.  The quantum of information jumps significantly from RSS feeds, Tweets, etc if  you are also plugged into various forums, websites, and groups that address a multitude of transportation issues such as engineering, research, planning, public policy, governance, etc.
